About the Position

Simplee is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a highly talented team delivering the world’s best medical bills billing and payments platform.

The position includes designing and executing manual tests for a large scale billing and payments platform that uses state-of-the-art technologies. You will work closely with product owners, developers and support in a highly agile environment.

Required Skills

  • 3+ yrs working as a developer or QA engineer
  • Ability to design tests
  • Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality of product
  • Ability to dig deep into test failures and logs and work with developers to identify the root cause

This is a unique role that will allow you to identify and build products that will add to company’s bottom line, improve user experience for patients as well as hospital staff, and improve customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Fully understand Simplee’s SimpleePAY product offering and marketplace.
  • Identify and evaluate competitive landscape including product offerings, SWAT, pricing, and strategies. Communicate throughout the company as required.
  • Work together with the management team to define the SimpleePAY product and enhancement strategy and product roadmap.
  • Continuously assess customer needs, technology trends, and major competitors.
  • Gather feature requirements from key customers and the market.
  • Assess and validate product priorities to set strategic direction to deliver on customer needs and key metrics.
  • Drive the development of our products to meet market and cost requirements.
  • Work closely cross-functionally including our development team in Israel, product managers, sales, marketing and the executive team. Create close and productive relationships throughout the company.

Job Description

Simplee is looking for an Field Marketing Manager to join a high performing marketing team dedicated to promoting Simplee’s message of transforming the patient financial experience. This role will require you to identify successfully and manage key speaking, sponsorship and thought leadership events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences and speaking opportunities. This is a key role in a rapidly growing marketing team, and as such you’ll have the ability to see the direct impact of your contributions.  If you’re ambitious and agile marketer, we’d like to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for the successful sourcing and execution of all event related activities, start to finish. You will work closely with marketing and sales to secure events, manage implementation, ensure effective leads induction/processing, and conduct all post-event analytics.
  • You will be charged with developing a deep understanding of educational and professional organizations relevant to Simplee’s target customers, and identifying ways to partner on opportunities like speaking and webinars.
  • You will create Simplee branded events, like customer forums and thought leadership events that drive awareness and leads for Simplee. You will be responsible soup to nuts: agenda, speakers, attendees, location, and logistics.
  • Teamwork is essential in this role; you will work closely with your colleagues to deliver all event-related tasks under tight deadlines, this includes: event offers and promotions, email campaigns, landing pages, sales team prep, giveaways, and content development.
  • Communication is core in your success; you will be responsible for clearly communicating your events plan, outcomes and ideas to stakeholders throughout the company

Experiences and Skills We’re Excited About

  • 4-7 years of experience creating, implementing and marketing events
  • Strong experience in working with a sales team to drive event objectives; this includes target identification, networking strategies and content development
  • Exceptional communicator; your verbal and written communication skills will be essential in communication effectively to Sales, Marketing, Executive Management and vendors.
  • Outstanding project management skills; you will need the the ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize requests in order to meet deadlines
